Advantage of going to state syllabus after 10th CBSE is there any advantage of follow state syllabus 12th

Not much. It was an advantage when JEE Mains had the normalisation scheme, and board marks were included while calculation of the rank.

But now, its rather a disadvantage depending on the state you study in. As the curriculum might diverge a little from the NCERT, and you might have to study a little extra.
