For JEE Advanced 2021 , obc certificate issued on or after 1st-April-2021, is valid and needs to be uploaded for getting the benefits of OBC-NCL category reservation.
Also your OBC-NCL certificate should be as per the prescribed format available at https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Public/View.aspx?page=73
In case, if your OBC ncl certificate is not as per the format prescribed by josaa you can simply download the above format fill it on your own and then get it signed by the officials from where you got your OBC ncl certificate made .

jee advanced eligibility criteria is given below :-
-) you need to pass your class 12th with at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination. For this year i. e 2021 this percentage requirement in class 12th has been lifted off.
-) You can give JEE advanced examination for the maximum of consecutive 2 years starting from the year of appearing for your 12th examination i. e to be eligible for JEE advanced 2021 your 12th board examination appearing year should be either 2021 or 2020 .
-) There is upper age limit, according to which to be eligible for jee advanced 2021,you should be born on or after 1st October 1996. There is 5 years of age relaxation for SC, ST and PwD so candidates of SC/ST /PWD needs to be born on or after October 1, 1991.
-) you must qualify JEE main 2021 to be eligible for jee advanced 2021
