Hey,
Aeronautical engineering is a specialised discipline of engineering and science concerned with the design, manufacture, and maintenance of various aircraft and their components. Aeronautical engineering is an option for those who are interested in aeroplanes and their mechanisms.
An Aeronautical Engineer makes a salary of Rs 5-6 lakhs per year on average, although this number rises as qualifications and experience increase.
Aerospace Materials and Manufacturing Technology, Aircraft Structures, Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics and Mechanics, Flight Mechanics and Aerodynamics, Aircraft Design, and Avionics Navigation are just a few of the topics covered in an aeronautical engineering curriculum.
Candidates having a work profile of Aeronautical Engineer with several specialities such as Aeronautic Electronic Engineers, Aeronautic Mechanical Engineers, Flight Engineers, Assistant Aircraft Engineers, and Aerospace Designer Checker can pursue an Aeronautical Engineering degree.
Such engineers are first known as Junior Engineers or Graduate Engineer Trainees. Aeronautical engineers are employed in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. It's also worth noting that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration employs a large number of Indian aeronautical engineers (NASA).
