Hi Praveen,
Aerospace students will get specialized training in the design and development of launch vehicles, aircraft and space craft. Aerospace Engineering deals with unlike most traditional ground based systems, optimality and reliability are of paramount importance in such systems.
Aeronautical deals with the development of aircraft and spacecraft.
Aerospace and Aeronautical engineering are almost same.
But the difference is aeronautical engineering focus on the vehicle that fly within earth's atmosphere and aerospace engineering manages both the things, i.e., which fly within atmosphere and out of atmosphere and also manages the design in aircrafts.
So it depends on your interest.
I would say both have great prospect and scope if you put in your best efforts.
