B.E aerospace engineering is a rare course which is available only in colleges and universities within Tamilnadu. B.E aerospace engineering is a four years under graduate course which deals with the design construction and the study of science behind the forces and physical properties of aircraft, rockets and space crafts.

The scope for aerospace engineering is available in:

• CSIR Council of scientific and industrial research laboratory

The fees structure of the course is higher when compared to other field of engineering, the fees ranges between Rs.5,00,000 to Rs. 8,00,000 depending upon the university .The minimum criteria is pass in +2 examination with 50% marks in science subjects (physics, chemistry and mathematics) from a recognised educational institution.
