AFMC has been ranked consistently among the top medical colleges of India. The institution is responsible for providing the entire pool of specialists and super specialists to the Armed Forces. The college is fully residential with separate hostels for boys and girls. It takes the admission for MBBS on the basis of NEET Entrance score.
The Eligibility :

Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary/10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Candidate must have secured 60% marks and above in aggregate in Class XII
Candidate must have passed Mathematics exam in Class X

Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC),Pune will not conduct any entrance test for admissions to MBBS programme. Instead, AFMC MBBS 2017 admissions will be on the basis of candidates marks in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2017.
