Nope! If you want to take admission in BSc Computer Science you need to pass your 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics to be eligible for the course. As you have done ITI then you can take lateral entry admission to the Diploma in Computer Science Engineering course but not BSc.

Basically Bachelor of science (B.SC) is an under graduate course and the course duration is 3 to 5 years
As we all know that to take admission in BSc, you must have passed 12th standard with the science stream and unfortunately, ITI is not equivalent to 12th standard, but government of India is likely to consider ITI to make equivalent to 12th.
But you can take your 12th exam from NIOS and you will be eligible to take admission in the degree course (BSc).
