appsc is andhra pradesh public service commission.

there is group 1 exam and group 2 exam.

for both these exams the minimum eligibility criteria is bachelors degree from a recognized central/state university or an equivalent qualification.

also, there is age limit , the person appling must be minimum 18 years of age and maximum 42 , to apply for APPSC.

as you have passed 10th only, you dont meet the minimum eligibilty criteria, also the age limit.

but you can start preparing for the exam alongside, if you wish to join the public services commission .
