No Diploma is not a degree that you receive, although you can get some part time jobs with a less salary since you will be only knowing languages such as C, C++, JAVA, etc. as per your CS diploma syllabus. Or if you really need a job you need to be very thorough with lots of skills and lots of knowledge like knowing python, django, html, flutter, etc. Diploma students usually enter into CSE engineering from the second year and complete further 3 years here and achieve their graduation degree as a CSE engineer to get a well settled job at the end.

Yes you can get a job after the diploma after the 10th, but the job will have a salary package of anywhere between 1,40,000 to 2,00,000 Rs per annum, that is approx 15-20,000 per month and if you want any raise in that salary you need to do a full bachelor degree.
