After 10th some universities providing 3 yearsdistance degree without doing +2 .. my question is this type of degree is valid for IAS,IPS

Minimum Educational Qualifications to appear for UPSC Civil Services Exam  IAS Exam Eligibility



Any degree (graduation).

From:



any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of theCentral or State Legislature in India.orothereducational institutions established by anAct of Parliament.or declared to be deemedas a University Under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.orpossess an equivalent qualification.



Note: Final year students can also apply.

The minimum eligibility to get a bachelors degree is 12th pass as you have not done the same so as per UGC norms you are not eligible for udergraduate programs. So I would suggest you to get admission your 12th first and then get admission in UG course.
