The minimum education eligibility to appear for UPSC Civil Service entrance is bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board. So there isn't particular stream from which a candidate has to pass in 10+2 or bachelor's degree. So you have to choose a stream in 10+2 based on your interest. You need to pass in 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board. After that you need to take admission in bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized board.
