After 10th+3year diploma in Interior design n decoration after that all i'm eligible to nata entrance test or not?? Next entrance test date?

No you are not eligible for NATA entrance exam since you have not appeared in class 12th exam and it is the main eligibility that you should have appeared for class 12th and mathematics should be you main subject. You can do other interior designing courses.
Next entrance test date would be next year since this year NATA exam has been conducted and date has not been announced now.
