After 10th, you must start preparing for NEET Exam after your 12th.
For NEET, you need to answer sections in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Assuming you are a General Category Aspirant, You need to get atleast 580-600/720 to secure a seat in MBBS at one of the Good Government or State Medical Colleges. You even have options of many Private MEDICAL COLLEGES and Leading Universities like SRM, DY Patil or KMC Manipal, at lower Ranks.
