Let me tell you that there is nothing as best or the worst course for Btech. There re many courses in Btech like mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, etc. all of these courses offer different opportunities, the course in wich you're interested will work the best for you. Now i cannot list all the branches of btech since there are plenty but I'll list the most common ones
1. Coumputer Science
It mostly deals with developing computer hardware and software. For perusing this, you sould have real interest in coding.
2. Civil Engineering
It deals with design, construction of maybe roads, railways, bridges, etc.
3. Mechanical engineering
It deals with construction, design and wprking pf different machineries.
4. Electrical Engineering
As the name suggests, it deals with electronics, electricity, electromagnetism.
5. Information Technology Engineering
It deals with utilization of telecommunications and computers to store and circulate information.
Now there are many more like Foodtech, Aerospace, Chemical, Automobile, Biotech etc.
