No you cannot give SSC exam after 12th exam as the minimum criteria to give SSC exam is to have a bachelor's degree.

SSC is an exam conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC). This is regarded as one of the biggest exams to be conducted for graduate students.

The criteria for SSC exam are-

• The candidate should have a bachelor's degree.
• The minimum and maximum age to apply for this exam is 18 years and 32 years respectively.

Yes, you can give SSC examination after 12th but SSC CHSL and not CGL

This is because,

Minimum required qualification for SSC CGL examination is graduation while for SSC CHSL it is  class 12th
