See you can't be a Gynecologist just after passing MBBS. You have to follow a progression of studies in order to be a gynecologist.
Now as you are in 12th then you have to sit for NEET examination. The NEET examination is the central examination for the admission for most of the medical colleges in India. Getting a good rank in it will land you to MBBS from good colleges i.e., you must target a score > 610 in NEET if you are a general category student. The MBBS is 4.5 course with a 1 year compulsory internship i.e., you have to invest 5.5 years for your MBBS. After MBBS you should prepare for entrance examination called NEET PG/AIIMS PG. This is a very hard examination which needs a good knowledge in your MBBS in order to crack it. After cracking this examination you can go for MD/MS Gynecology course. This course will be of around 3 years. After completion of this course you may call yourself a Gynecologist.
