Being a model is not every one's cup of tea and not every model remains successsful in the long run.

I know it is a bitter truth of the reality but this is what it is.

If you have that potential, if you really wanna get admitted to a modelling institute then go ahead.

I will suggest you to study arts as well.

Prepare your portfolio.

Do your research on how other successful models made their debut.

Hire a manager.

If you choose arts it will widen your options.

Just saying. Rest depends upon you.

This is something that you have to decide on your own. If modelling is your ultimate career dream and you're sure of being successful in it, you can just go for modelling institutions in the country. The best of these would be in Mumbai and Delhi. They offer more of diploma and certificate courses in modelling. Or you can also go for a full time performing arts course which is available in few colleges.

However, if you want a backup plan you can always do a full time course you're interested in and then go on to pursue modelling. You can also study for diploma programme simultaneously with your normal college.

It is your call at the end.
