After 12th is BA economics (hons) is good choice for my future or else I have to do hardwork to gain success in this field??

With reference to your query, I am very glad to tell you that BA economics is very high in demand now a days . If you do really have good interest in economics then it is best carriert to go for and become economist . Moroever you can persue MBA or MSc economics to apply for several job profiles . Yes you have to do hardwork in this every field to gain success
