after 12TH science which degree course is better for civil service exam. my 1St choice is BSC physics and I got 71% in 12th class.

As u have completed your 12 th with science stream and you want to prepare for civil services
So u have to select something which should be related to your stream and also should not be time consuming
As we all know that exams like SSC,UPSC,NDA ,CDS etc are quite time consuming and require hardwork so you have to opt something by taking all these things in your mind but it's also a fact that with hardwork and dedication you can achieve it.
But you should also plan your future smartly means u should also have plan B or u can say backup plan in case due to any reason you won't be able to join civil service so at that time u may have other option in your life for that
You can go with Bsc
as after completing Bsc you can also aspect you future in teaching field ( as a backup plan) and also as you are from science stream it's related to your stream also
And you will have many programmes in Bsc,like Bsc(H) with physics,chem, computer science etc ,or simple Bsc
So you can choose anyone of them depending upon Ur field of interest

You can choose any field.You just have to complete your graduation, after that you have to prepare for the Civil services. But according to me, you should choose the course which would helpful for you after the completion of your graduation also.The subject which you will study in the graduation should be heplful for your preparation for the civil services.
