Bank manager is a post which is given to a candidate with strong experience in banking.(approximately 8-10 years).First you will have to give entry level examinations for bank which are

1)Bank P.O(probationary officer)

2)Clerical position

Both the exams require graduation in any discipline be it arts,commerce or science.

Basically these exams require quantitative aptitude,reasoning,English and some Banking and economic aptitude.

For PSU banks IBPS conducts the examination whereas there is different private exams for private banks.
