After 2 years drop can I take admission in DU for Bsc ??? my % was 94.25 ... will my % be deducted ???

Yes, you can go for it. From what I have learnt so far, none such rules exist which state you are not allowed to, however check the table down below for the eligibility criteria for each course, though they may differ for individual college.

B.Sc. (H)
Class 12 (any stream) from a recognized board
55% (including PCM/ PCB in the top four subjects)
- It is also important to score at least 50% marks in English as a compulsory paper.
B.A.

45% in the passing/ qualifying exam
- Candidates who have applied for language courses will get an advantage of 2.5% if they have studied that language as an elective.
- 2.5% marks will be deducted if candidates have studied the language as a functional subject.
- Candidates passing class 12 with two or three vocational courses may be eligible.
- Students from different fields such as science or commerce who are applying to arts programme will have the disadvantage of 5% marks in the best four subject evaluation.
- Legal studies elective will be considered at par with the BA Political Science Programme.
