Dear student,

If we speak broadly then you can take gap of as many years you want but problem comes with some top schools or some boards too because they particularly do not take admission according to their own rules and regulation.

But many of boards and schools will consider you and they will admit you so there is nothing to be worried about.

If you have scored well in 10th then things will be more easy for you in getting admission.

Below I am mentioning some top schools of India.

Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith- Deoghar

Chinmaya International Residential School-Coimbatore

Delhi public school

Sardar Patel Vidyalaya Lodhi Estate- New Delhi

Bluebells School international -- New Delhi

National Public School -- Bangalore

However, these are some schools that only admit kids who performed extraordinarily well in class 10, in which case you may encounter some difficulties.

I hope you the best of luck.

Try to perform well in 12th and everything will be alright.
