In 2018, the cut-offs for government medical colleges in UP were between 469 and 589 for UR candidates under the 85 percent state quota. So with the addition of 7 more colleges, the cutoff is expected to go down further. Thus, you will have a fair chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
