Hi, hope you are doing well.
To study Master's in Engineering Management after B.Tech in aeronautical engineering is a good choice as it is a non traditional master's degree. Some admission requirements of MEM(Masters of Engineering Management) are:
1. An accredited bachelor’s degree program in an engineering or science discipline or it is equivalent with a good CGPA.
2. GMAT or GRE scores required by most universities. GRE or GMAT scores may be waived off for candidates with exceptional work experience.
3.Two or three letters of recommendation demonstrating the candidate’s academic, work and leadership skills.
4.A statement of purpose or personal statement.
M.E.M. graduates can pursue a wide variety of jobs, including Application Engineer, Associate Marketing Manager, Automation Engineer and Business Analyst.
Hope this helps.
