Yes ,it is possible with the help of lateral scheme.But it is only offered by few colleges. Terms and conditions for this is also tough.There is entrance test for this purpose and you have to also clear 1st year exams.
Mostly college offer entrance test for BA LLB.

Hello,
I presume your query is about individual courses BBA(based on 10+2 qualification) and LLB(based on graduation), the answer is no, there is no such lateral entry in three year law program, you have to start from the first year itself, in case you are still in 10+2, then the best option for you is go for integrated law program of BBA-LLB, it will also save your one year.
