Hello student yes after pursuing BALLB 5 year course from a recognized university you're eligible to practice as a lawyer in court to practice. And yes you're eligible to appear in civil judge entrance examination if you fulfill the eligibility criteria  - Candidates must hold a Bachelor degree in law from a university recognised by Bar Council of India and minimum 22 year old.
