After BCA, you can go for job training and internships programmes. It will make you an industry fit candidate which make you land an IT job. Another option, you can join for post-graduation in your field. If you have a flavor for teaching, Post-Graduation would be good. Or else, after post-graduation, if you are looking for a technical job, you have to do the same thing. As you are freshers and not fit as per industry standards.

Well after doing BCA you have two options either to go for JOB or Higher studies,

I would suggest you to go for higher education rather than going for a job just after BCA because once you enter into the job world it will become very difficult for you to cope-up with your education and also the package you'll receive after BCA will be very low.

Talking about higher education you can go for MCA or MBA also,it will help you in getting more knowledge and higher packages also

After BCA you have two options, options are  1) Job and 2) Higher Education. You can choose the first option after higher education also. MCA is the best higher studies option after BCA because that will helps you to get better knowledge about the Industry and Better salary package.  I can suggest you some universities/Institutes which I know personally because my friend and cousins are either studying there or have passed out.
