CA & BTECH are not similar courses but a quiet different. Now you should have to choose between these two based upon your field of interest. If you are interested in the field of BCA then you should pursue BTech in Computer Science which will offer you a good prospect. Apart from this also you can also do MCA which is essentially of 3 years and can offer you a good career perspective.

Now for CA you should do a proper search about the field and how tough or easy its for you. See as you have done BCA , you will have a experience in coding but if you join CA then you will face a gap as you don't study such subjects. So you should search the syllabus and subjects and try to understand what are the subjects mean and how much you can connect yourself with the subject. If you feel sufficiently interested in the subject then you should do CA.

Both the careers have a lot of potential but you have to decide it based upon your strength and interest.

I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
