Hi

One has the option to pursue llb in two ways:-

  • 5 year llb /integrated llb like BA llb, Bcom llb etc :- One becomes eligible for 5 year integrated LLB like BA LLB etc with qualification of 10 + 2

  • 3 year llb :- for 3 year llb , you need to be  a graduate.

Bcom llb is a 5 year integrated degree in the field of law.

The qualification required for bcom llb is 12th , so your graduation won't be considered for the same.

If you want to get admission in Bcom LLB  then  some of the entrance examination which you can write are provided below :-

  • *CLAT i. e Common Law Admission Test

  • *LSAT India

  • *APLAWCET

  • *MHCET law entrance exam

  • * TSLAWCET

  • *ULSAT

Out of all these CLAT is most widely accepted entrance examination for 5 year LLB

To give you a gist of eligibility criteria,

CLAT  eligibility criteria for 5-year  llb  is given below :-

* You must be either appearing for your 12th board examination or should have passed it

*You must  pass your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.

*There is no age limit for CLAT

So, after qualifying CLAT, you will have to participate in its counselling , in which on the basis of your rank you can get a seat in Bcom LLB .

You can either apply for a college that doesn't require you to go through the entrance process or get in through entrance.
