Hello aspirant,
So the answer to your question is simple.
It all depends on you, your confidence. In case you think that you deserve more than the companies where you have got placement then you can try for M.tech.But remember that even after two years you will land into same companies.
In case you are planning for M.Tech then you will have to show your talent and keep your scores up always. Also if you think that you are suitable for research then you can go for m.tech.
But in case you want to become independent at an early stage you can try going for job.
In case you get an opportunity you feel is good it is better to grab it first and while doing job also you can keep upgrading yourself and keep studying.
I hope this was useful.
Good luck!

It makes you more confident and adds experiences to your resume that will be helpful in the future if in case you want to join the MBA program
MTech gives you an opportunity of picking up that specialization and enhancing your technical knowledge further. Another advantage is you can get a stipend of 12K-13K per month while you are studying if you become teaching assistants or research assistants. Preparation for Gate is always helpful in getting into the product based companies. The Gate syllabus is always helpful in clearing the technical round of these companies.
