Dear Aspirant,
Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT) is a 4 year UG Program and after your completion you can pursue MPT, which is the Master’s program in Physiotherapy – basically increasing your knowledge level from your Bachelors. To be BPT you need to have passed your 10+2 with 50% with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as your subjects. You need to identify the colleges you intend to apply to and find out their admission process as it can vary. Some top colleges are Christian Medical College – Vellore; Kasturba Medical College – Mangalore.
To do your MD PMR, which is MD in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a a 3 year Post Graduate program that can only be done after completing your MBBS and taking your NEET UG examination. They are two entirely different streams.

the basic eligibility criteria to do MD is candidate must have done MBBS and as ypu are asking to do MD after completion your BPT then sorry to say you are ineligible , BPT doesn't qualify you for pursuing MD , after completion your BPT there are numerous option you can go for like pursue masters in physiotherapy in various mainstream like neurology, cardiology, orthopedics and sport sciences
