According to the eligibility criteria of Vel's Institute of Science Technology and Advanced Studies (or VELS UNIVERSITY), Chennai, for M.Sc. in Immunology :

A candidate should have pursued a bachelor's degree in Microbiology/Botany/Zoology/Biology/ Life Science/Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Nutrition and Dietetics/Home Science/Plant Science and Medicine (10+2+3 pattern) to be eligible to apply for this course.

So, yes, you can get your post graduation in Immunology after completing your B.Sc. in Biotechnology. It is an emerging course with a wide range of promising career opportunities for future.
