After B.Sc Chemistry if you are applying for M.Sc in agriculture then I will say that you will not be able to do that because for agriculture you must have the degree of B.Sc in the the fields related to agriculture like Horticulture, forestry, agriculture etc.. For this the candidate must have the minimum 50% aggregate in graduation with recognised University. So you will not be able to pursue M.Sc in agriculture after B.Sc in Chemistry.
