After bsc in radiology i want to get specialised in ultrasound and want to open own clinic ..can i??

Yes, you can open your own clinic after getting the required qualifications. After your radiology course do whatever required for opening the clinic. Then get proper approvals from authorities to run the clinic smoothly. Learn well.
