Hello, the basic eligibility for entry level scientist if MSC or B.E/Tech degree. You need to complete your MSC degree to qualify for the post. However you may be offered the post of Technical assistance. If you complete your MSC degree you may get promoted to scientist level, So it is necessary to complete to either complete your post graduation in correspondence even after you the assistant post.
