It totally depends whether you are looking for the scholarship option which would be granted to you by the govt. of India or by the particular Univerisity you enroll into, abroad. You simply need to look up for Universities offering Business Management course in Agriculture and apply for it while getting other pre-requisites done like getting your Certificates etc bona-fided or attested for many Univeristies ask for Verification from higher Authority of govt. like MHRD. For Mtech you need to appear in GRE for applying in most of the Universities across the globe.
