It depends upon your interest if you want to be in technical field than go for btech then m tech..
If you wants to be in business field than go for btech than MBA..
All depends upon your interest...

Hello student both Are good at their respective places but after btech MBA is better as it offer you more job and enhance your skills if you want to make you career in management field.
You can also appear for gate and after that you can do Mtech in cse from top IITs so it's totally depends on you. Help me with your interest so that I can provide you more details.
