If you wants to be in business field than go for btech than MBA..

It depends upon you and your interest whether you want to continue with your technical field or you wish to do something in the field of management. Mtech and MBA are entirely different degrees and their scope is also different from each other.
Both are really good post graduate options. Since you have completed your graduation in btech, mtech would be something relatable to your field but again at the end of the day, it depends upon your interest whether you wish to continue with it or want to shift in management.
