after certificate verification in 1st counselling for ts eamcet bipc with 43k rank for pharm d ,I didnt get any seat. Now I have applied for ews certficate,is it possible to submit this ews certificate in counselling certificate verification. will i able to get seat in pharm d for 43k with ews cert.

If there is a chance for certificate verification again in the second counselling, yes, you can submit your ews certificate there. It would increase your chances for seat allotment. A rank of 43k is eligible for BVRI College I think so. But as it is second counselling chance may be little less. Don't worry, keep hope in yourself.
