After choosing float option in first round of counseling for allotted college,it needs upgradation in 2nd round, how can that be for better

Hello Abhinav Singh, as you had selected the floater option in first round of counselling you have to choose the upgradation in second round. In the upgradation you have to told them which college you want, you want your new allocated college are you want the college which has allocated to you previously.
