First of All its Good that you Know your AIM to be an IAS Officer in Class 10 only .

For Preparation point of View its still a early stage so just be Focused towards your Study .

1-- Choose your Stream according to your Interest ( not in Peer Pressure ) in 11 Class because that will act as a Base for an Optional Subject in UPSC .

2-- Download the Syllabus Of UPSC and Analyse the Whole pattern and Previous Years Question . Thoroughly understand Syllabus because its very Important part of Preparation .

3-- Practice your NCERT books and Exempler as they will ease your Preparation in School Study also .

4-- Make a Habit of Reading National as well as Regional Newspaper .
