Yes you are eligible to apply for IPM course. You will have to clear through IPMAT to grab a seat.
It is a 5 year integrated course and you can totally rely on it since it is offered by the prestigious IIM Indore.
Also after BBA, you can also try for other top league IIMs if you wish to.

IIM Indore ranks 4th in the colleges in MBA and it is a government college established in 1996. It provides the option of IPM or Integrated Programme in Management. The course is a 5 year course with a total of fee of 28 lakhs.
The Five-Year Integrated Management Program (IPM) seeks to attract young candidates and to shape them as outstanding leaders through world-class education. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who have completed higher secondary education to join the IIM portals. Following three years of intensive study of the fundamental disciplines, the IPM participants train as managers together with the participants of the institutes 2-year postgraduate program in management, completing the same course kit in management studies in years 4 and 5.
As per your question, here is the eligibility criteria for the course.
So even if you are a Commerce student, you can apply for IPM depending on your percentage.

Fees Structure
The charge for resident Indians for the first three years of the IPM would be Rs. 4.000.000/- (Rupees 4 Lakh) per year and Rs. 6.000.000/- (Rupees 6 Lakh) per year for the Foreign Applicant. Course fees for the fourth and fifth years would be the same as the existing Post Graduate Management Program (PGP) fees. The fee for the course includes accommodation, access to classes, internet services and a library.
Accommodation would be arranged on a shared basis for the first three years of IPM. Single room accommodation would have been made available for the fourth and fifth years of the programme.
Admission criteria
Applicants will be selected on the basis of the overall performance in Aptitude Test (AT), Written Skill Test (WAT) & Personal Interview (PI). Any candidate who fails to appear in either AT and WAT & PI, or both, shall not be eligible for selection.
