There is no single specialization superior in above criteria. Operations may sounds like better course for mechanical engineering but may not be true. The selection of specialization should based on your skill, aptitude and interest. You need strong interpersonal skills to become success in marketing. Mathematical and projection skills are required for finance. So choose specialization based on your skills and interests. All specialization has its own opportunities in respective fields.
