after clearing of gate exam..which one better either to join m.tech or psu job

It's totally depends on your interest. If you don't want to study further you can go for PSU job. Average salary for PSU job is 8-14 lakhs. I f you want to learn various new technical thing related to your branch then go for M.Tech and get a job in an MNC.
