BFA (bachelor innfine arts) is an undergraduate program in the field of arts.

To give IAS exam which is conducted by upsc the educational eligibility is candidate must have a valid graduation degree. It could be from any stream.

So on the basis of B.F.A degree you can apply to the civil services exam.

Yes, you are eligible for the UPSC exam. UPSC conducts the examinations comprises of three sections Preliminary Examination which covers objective type questions, Mains which is subjective type questions and personal interview questions. You need to be a graduate in regular stream for being eligible for appearing in the Indian Administrative Service exams conducted by UPSC. You are eligible to fill the form provided the university is recognized by UGC.
