yes it is possible for you to join a coaching insitute provided you are amongst the top rankers in the country. since only mbbs will not suffice for knowledge, they generally prefer md doctors to help the students clear their concepts. nevertheless if you are really interested you can apply with you cv to various instituets of your choice and then wait for their response.
the package will depend on the individual institute
