After the first phase allotment and if you are not interested in the college provided in first phase you can apply for second phase.but before that you need to acept the joining report and pay fee so that if you dont get a seat in second phase you can continue with the college provided in first phase.now if you are satisfied with the college and branch provided for you in the first phase you need not apply for second phase if not you can.but make sure you apply very careffully in second phase because if in second phase also if you dont get your desired college you will not have choice to go back to first phase counselling college you should and must continue with whatever college provided in second phase.now today the second phasee counselling has started.fr furthur info about daates please check the following link: https://www.careers360.com/question-ts-eamcet-second-phase-important-dates

If a candidate doesnot get any seat in 1st round of counselling or wants to change the allotted seat then he or she can go for the round 2 counselling. For this they need to register themselves again, by choosing preferences and the same procedure of round 1 is repeated. To know more, visit here:
