Yes, you are eligible for GATE Exam. Since, as of 2022, any candidate e if they have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline of science, the arts, or commerce (3-year programme), are now enrolled in the third year of the programme, or have already finished it.

Academic Qualification required for GATE Exam:

• Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject.
• Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE.
• Candidates who have obtained/are pursuing their qualifying degree from countries other than India: Must be currently in the 3rd or higher years or completed their Bachelor’s degree (duration: at least 3 years) in Engineering / Technology / Science / Arts / Commerce.

This is the eligibility criteria for UG students who want to give GATE exam -

- An applicant who is enrolled in any undergraduate degree program's third or later year.

- Candidates who have already finished any degree programme in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or the Arts that has been approved by the government are eligible to sit for the GATE 2022 exam.

- However, candidates who hold certification from one or more professional societies must make sure that the exams given by those societies are recognised as being equal to B.E., B.Tech., B.Arch., B.Planning, etc. by MoE/AICTE/UGC/UPSC.

- Candidates from nations other than India who have earned or are pursuing their qualifying degree: Must have completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Arts, or Commerce (duration: at least 3 years) or be in their third or higher year of study.

Hence, you can give GATE for sure.
