The answer to your question is a big Yes. You can study Msc Neuroscience after completing your graduation for neurobiology. In fact that will be a better combination to pursue Master's in Neuroscience. Although there might be a possibility that few colleges or university will have different eligibility criteria but most of them allow students to pursue Msc In Neuroscience.
