Yes you can surely register for Paramedical Council after completing your B Voc Mlt.

The only criteria to register for the Paramedical Council is that the students need to complete their diploma or degree or course from the university which is recognised by the Paramedical Council. You can't register if you have completed your course from the university which is not recognised by the Paramedical Council.
